How do I redeem a discount or special offer?
In case there is a discount or special offer it will be applied by sales representative who is going to provide promo code, which you can insert in the cart page.
What information should I include when making the order?
Please fill all the details in the checkout page including:
Full name, email address, mobile number, shipping and billing address, country, post code.
If a company:
Company name, VAT number.
How long does it take to process the order?
All deliveries are shipped the same day if the order was placed until 15:00, otherwise, within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Despite the method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking link. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Delivery | 3-4 work day delivery
- Cash on Delivery | 3-4 work day delivery
- Express Delivery | 1-2 work day delivery
- Free Delivery | For orders over €100 applies standard delivery 3-4 work day delivery
What countries are available for shipping?
We ship to European Union countries. We use DPD and UPS.

What language does your support speak?
English (written, spoken), all other languages can be inquired, but English will be used to answer.
I have received my order, but it has damage to it, what to do?
Please take photos of the parcel (box), how it was packed and what is the damage. Please send it via contact page with information of your order. We will investigate what has happened and react accordingly.
